This was a spur of the moment stay and I am super glad! Katie was super awesome and more than hospitable! She made us feel welcome and fit us in when they were overbooked! The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. I highly recommend if you're in the area stay here you will not regret it!
The rooms are very basic, but charming - the building is in bad shape, but the rooms are *clean.* No bugs, no smell of mildew - clean, and I slept like a rock. A perfectly sufficient place to rest your head for the night. The only downside IMO is that the shower is like a weird computerized thing that won't get hotter than 75 degrees first thing in the morning. The cold shower sucked, but it might be down to user error (me, I'm the user making errors).
Fantastic!!! I highly recommend this place!! We had a traumatic experience at the hotel we originally booked, we checked out and immediately left. We drove 10 hours to get here and the hotel we booked was the worst. We came to Twin Palms. Katie, the lady who will we call my angel, had a full hotel. She worked and made moves to accommodate us for the night. It was fresh and clean. We would most definitely stay here again! If I could give 10 stars I would.
I absolutely love the manager on site! She's very sweet And professional. The rooms are always very clean and lining is clean! I'd def recommend staying here.
Pleasantly surprised when we pulled up, cute, clean, the young lady was outside And ready to help us, got checked right in quickly. Rooms were nice and clean, and Katie was sweet, worth the price
While the room lacked quality construction, it made up for in cleanliness. The sheets and towels were made of a soft fabric and all quite clean. The rooms appear to have been recently redecorated from the new ownership (from what I've read) and were very pleasant for our overnight stay. The porch area was exceptionally quaint with wicker chairs, porch swings, and interesting conversations with others. I would stay here again as it was a great value for the cost.
I’d like to start off with saying that Katie (housekeeping) was amazing. Not only was our room ready fast, but when we walked in it was clean and comfy. She left the Wi-Fi information laid out for us which was helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. And when we were gone long after dark, she checked to make sure we were okay, which was so so sweet because coincidentally we got lost several times and not being from the area, we were grateful for her assistance! Last but not least, I started getting sick and realized that I left my nausea medicine at home, the sense of relief I felt when she said she had some on hand, and was kind enough to share. We adored her and she will be the reason we visit again!
Booked this hotel online and was super relieved to see the pictures absolutely are accurate. Very cute and charming inn worth the price and had to defend Twin Palms honor from the terrible previous reviews! It is NOT a brand new state of the art 5 star Hilton and that's what makes it perfect for me and many other's who appreciate a quaint inn! Definitely will be booking again and a 5 star shout out review of the young lady Katie who is on-site and so helpful with all my questions. Katie is a KEEPER! Loved your housekeeping skills definitely on point
